I am a Holistic Health Coach and Registered Nurse who is passionate about helping people discover ways to heal. I have a passionate focus for people with Grave's Disease and hypothyroidism. After a diagnosis with Grave’s Disease in 2003 and after nearly two years of being in distress and misdiagnosed I started to look for ways to improve my own health. I realized that the doctors diagnosed, treated my condition, and prescribed medications. However, my mind and diet were not addressed as part of my treatment plan. As the years passed, I struggled to work and care for my family with extreme fatigue and weight gain yet continued to strive to learn to heal my body. I learned that health and wellness included diet and exercise yet extended far beyond. In order to progress I had to begin to deal with my mindset, emotions, environment, subconscious programming, thought processes, imbalanced energy in my body, and the metaphysical impact on my health and disease process for me to continue to progress with my healing. Once I tackled these areas in my life, this is where the true healing began. After many years and achieving success, I made a decision to move forward with my passion of health coaching with a focus on natural health and and healing modalities.
Clients participate in health questionnaires and assessments and receiving guidance and coaching that is hoped to inspire them to make choices that will improve their overall health. In addition, clients are also offered the opportunity to engage in complimentary alternative modalities as an adjunct to their personal healing journey.
